Ingredients:
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 2 8oz packs of cream cheese
- 1 16 oz bottle of Ranch
- 1 12oz bottle of Louisiana Crystal Hot Sauce
- 1/2c of chopped celery
- 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Pull chicken meat from the bones and shred into a bowl
- Combine ranch and cream cheese in a sauce pan or pot, over heat until smooth and creamy
- Add chicken and 2/3 bottle of hot sauce, stir well
- Pour into a 13x9x2 baking dish
- Sprinkle celery on top
- Add cheese on top
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbling, but don’t let top layer of cheese burn!
