Buffalo Chicken Dip


  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 2 8oz packs of cream cheese
  • 1 16 oz bottle of Ranch
  • 1 12oz bottle of Louisiana Crystal Hot Sauce
  • 1/2c of chopped celery
  • 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Pull chicken meat from the bones and shred into a bowl
  3. Combine ranch and cream cheese in a sauce pan or pot, over heat until smooth and creamy
  4. Add chicken and 2/3 bottle of hot sauce, stir well
  5. Pour into a 13x9x2 baking dish
  6. Sprinkle celery on top
  7. Add cheese on top
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbling, but don’t let top layer of cheese burn!
